Monthly Services
Yakushi Service (11:00 on the 8th of every month)

This service is held monthly on the 8th, a day with a special relation to Yakushi, the principal enshrined deity of Motsuji Temple. The Medicine Buddha Sutra, which describes the merits of Yakushi, is chanted by a Buddhist priest. Admission to Hondo is also granted.
		Admission to Hondo: 10:00am~3:00pm
		*There are times when admission into Hondo is not possible due to weddings, funerals, or other events.
Jogyodo Hall Service (11:00 on the 20th of every month)

This service is held monthly on the 20th, a day with a special relation to Amida Buddha, the deity enshrined in Jogyodo Hall. The Amitabha Sutra is recited.
Visitors can take part either inside or outside Jogyodo Hall during the service.
